STALL SIZES & FEES
Stall sizes are calculated as follows:
5m sq - $35 week = $151.00 per month
10m sq - $70 week = $302 per month
There is also a range of glass cabinets, tables and display trolleys and shelves for rental from $10 per week.
Rental is charged per calendar month and is payable in advance
SALES & PAYMENTS
Sales will be processed through the cashier and will incur 11% commission.
Sales are paid into your nominated bank account within the first 14 days of the month following the sales month. Eg July sales will be paid by 14 August. A statement of sales for the month will be generated and sent via email or a hard copy can be collected.
BENEFITS & INCLUSIONS
Staffing – there will be a full time cashier - no need for stall holders to spend time on shop duty shifts
EFTPOS & Credit card facility – visa and mastercard accepted
On premise advertising and promotion
Permanent selling space
Entry level retail - minimal experience required

LENGTH OF COMMITMENT
Stalls are offered on a month by month basis, with one month’s notice required if you choose to leave.
Stallholder rates may be negotiable for those willing to commit to 6 or more continuous months
You are welcome to spend as much or as little time at the emporium as you wish. The more attention you give to your stall, the better the likelihood of good sales.
All stock must be clearly marked with your stall number, brief description (minimum 2 words, eg; Green Teapot) and a price.
Stallholders are for responsible for insurance, loss or damage for individual stalls/goods
